We have tried and tested (and recommended) workshops, short courses and away days for you to choose from, or we can discuss the individual needs of you and your team to provide something bespoke. We also offer a five week 'Introduction to Mindfulness' course and can provide customised podcasts and webinars to promote wellbeing across your workforce.
Qualified healthcare professionals & educationalists
Our courses are designed and delivered by qualified healthcare professionals, and use evidence-based strategies that are responsive to your needs. All our team have masters-level qualifications in education, experience organising conferences and events, as well as delivering workshops at national and international conferences.
